Well that sucks. Hang in there!Lunch didn’t go so well so back to low fat for dinner. Pumpkin gnocchi with pasta sauce and a small sweet potato, <4g of fat.
I do love chocolate milk but look at the sugar!I’m just about to break my 16 hour fast, starting out with a small glass of chocolate milk that I have every morning with my vitamins.
After one week of doing daily fasting (between 13-16 hours each day) I have gone from 195.9 pounds to 191.7. I know that is mostly water weight and don’t expect to continue at this rate but even at one pound per week I will be happy. My first goal is getting below 190 as it has been a while. Second goal is 180.
I think I can make this my new way of life as I like eating dinner early anyway (sometimes before 4:00!) and I definitely need to stop snacking after dinner.I do love chocolate milk but look at the sugar!
