Because I'm a geezer circling the drain I opted for flipped chicken, That's rotissierie chicken on a bun with spicy slaw. A few sage potato chips to ease me into the afterlife.

Tonight was some fresh Amish sausage and 2 hard boiled eggs and 3 slices of tofu (Pablo’s favorite)

Dinner tonight was a big tossed green salad with sliced hard boiled eggs on top with home made Thousand Island dressing.

Thousand Island Dressing
First crank up Zombie by the Cranberries (just because) then combine the following in a bowl:
One big glop of mayo (any brand but I used Primal Kitchen Avocado Mayo tonight)
Two medium squirts of ketchup
A largish spoonful of pickle relish
Finely diced onion to taste
One lump sugar
A drizzle of lemon juice (or vinegar)
Sprinkling of paprika
Dash and a half of salt
Stirred 'til combined

Two hard boiled eggs and smoothie of kale, spinach and carrots, tomato and tofu. Some unflavored protein powder also.

Dangit! I shouldn't have checked this thread today. After seeing this pic again I'm super jones'ing for a big fat juicy burger and fries with fry sauce.
