I think not! This was yesterday's dinner. The accoutrements du jour were dumplings!

The evidence was disposed of before pics could be taken, but I made a cashew curry with coconut milk, peas and potatoes. My most spectacular cooking failures have been Indian recipes so I'm always nervous trying new ones. This turned out pretty good. I think if my Garam Masala was fresher it would have been great.

I made a happy Italian ground beef/sausage pie last nigh, served with smiley kale and gleeful sauteed mushrooms. Slept like a baby, wife still hacking, but less so, and a little functional. Probably just gonna a be a week or two.

Used the passive pizza oven in the Weber gasser. It has a built in stone. 550°F

00 King Arthur flour with a little dark rye flour

Crust was amazing

Very tasty Gorgonzola on one with pancetta and prosciutto

Yeah it’s not factory round that’s for sure. Mainly because it would stick to the stainless peal but not the wooden peal. Even with cornmeal
