Them's fighting words. Unless grossly overeaten, daily soy is generally not problematic. Realistrically how much soy could you eat? Maybe two bricks of tofu or a bag of edamame? The problem to me is that most soy products are made from GMO soy. That problem can be solved by eating non-GMO soy products.Seriously too much soy!
