What are you eating right now?

Seriously too much soy!

Soy is an antinutrient. Probably fermentation helps, and a little soy is GOOD, but every meal?
Them's fighting words. Unless grossly overeaten, daily soy is generally not problematic. Realistrically how much soy could you eat? Maybe two bricks of tofu or a bag of edamame? The problem to me is that most soy products are made from GMO soy. That problem can be solved by eating non-GMO soy products.

I’m not eating soy every day. I’m not believing GMO labeling either

But hey if you can handle it like stude go for it

In 2-3-4 meals a week no problem

My wife is going to make pasties tonight and I used some of the stuffing for my lunch. Previously marinated flank steak, onions, mushrooms, carrots, green onion. A side of priced cauliflower, a fried egg, and a tomato.

I'm not suggesting you do.

I thought he had gotten banned months ago.

Let's tally up my soy consumption: two to three bricks of tofu every week, a little bit of tofu in miso soup maybe two to three times a week. Maybe a Boca burger every two weeks. Some inari sushi every once in a blue moon. I don't drink soy milk. That's about it. I up my soy intake when I occasionally reduce my meat intake for a short while, and I reduce my soy intake when I eat more meat. That means I generally eat less meat during the warm months and I eat less soy during the colder months.

EDIT: I forgot natto! 4 times a week! OMG, I'm 50% soy!

Pan fried rockfish in olive oil and saute'd in garlic Parmesan sauce with some salad. Thought the photo on the package was what was going to be IN the package, but no, just raw fillets. The GP sauce was my idea and it turned out great. Best thing I've made from scratch in a while.

This is homemade farm made tofu. I have two slices per day. Or two slices chopped up in salad. No side effects at all. I don’t overdue it.

Smoked pulled chicken and Turkey from let night. 2 slices tofu, whole avocado. Peets major Dickson roast. Off to Karns for a windy walk. Overcast here

So, used to LOVE cherries. Until we had a neighbor who was an agriculture specialist for the state. She called them worm houses. Every one has worms. Yup, every one.

You can cut it open and not see one, but leave the cherry out a few days, they will appear......

I was out after that.......

Helminthphobia can cause starvation or at least very unhealthy eating habits. Good luck with avoiding all cysts, nematodes, protozoan parasites, and giardia. I look at and I inspect the foods I eat. I do not get out the microscope.

By the way, it's the backyard cherries that likely have parasites. Commercial growers can't afford infested produce.

LOL. Very true.

Most studies also show they are full of worms, as most nurseries will tell you also. But, they also say they won't hurt you. I'm sure cherries aren't the only nasty stuff in our food, but still.......I just can't. Sucks too because I LOVE them.....
