Just for vavavroom, another microwave scrambled eggs! No meals on wheels day, due to MLK day. Was surprised the county nurse showed up to help me shower. Thought they were closed as well, until she walked up behind me in the living room. They know me enough not to even knock and just walk in. Nice gal and I like her!

When I asked Kiki, an exotic ex, if she wanted to help me shower, you should have heard the ugly verbiage coming out of her pretty mouth.
Good help is hard to find.
AM doesn't take food criticism well. He even said so. I think GON may have retreated to the frozen North.
