What are you eating right now?

Oh my Force, I'm losing it. I hope I'm in the right forum. Ever since AM has limited himself to bare-bone posting here I get easily confused.

I threw a pork roast in the oven early this morning. You'll be seeing me gnaw swine for a couple of days. My lunch was Fried tofu, a small slice of pork, and eggs.

I love this. A barista in Italy first served this up to me. A sip of espresso, little swig of mineral water, repeat. Make your pallet clear (IMHO) and the coffee tastes even better!
@Shel_B Water (natural or sparkling) if served with the caffe' for consumption after, not during. Watch how the server never serves water with the caffe', yet has bottles all lined up at the counter for when you're ready. The barista is my brother hero, he'd be bored working at charbucks with those super automatic machines, customers too since those machines take too long to make milk based drinks.

Some kind of tourist place! That place is HUGE and seems expensive. But is Milan, so that's why. The places in the south hardly any milk involved it seemed. No savories either.

Still the water was during at more than one place. And it was good. No worries.

Izzat Klaus?
Just for the record, the last time I had an encounter with Klaus, not counting recurring night terrors, was two weeks ago when he came by the office to tell us farewell. It made everyone so happy. Then he told us he'll be living nearby from now on and we can all hang out much more frequently. That made him so happy. I'm thinking of asking for a transfer to Katmandu. I'd be eating momos all day.

After the new year see if you can sneak a picture of him. He would be an internet celebrity. Klaus would love that!

I like the palate cleansing idea you suggested, maybe I'll drink the water first. I like the mouth feel of espresso (think wine, even though I don't drink).
