Mother’s Day dinner. Yummy except dad cooked the steaks way over done I kept telling him they were done but oh well things happen. Mom likes hers like shoe leather so hers is good. I would of preferred canned corn but corn on the cob will have to do. I didn’t complain since it’s Mother’s Day. Gas station friend is getting one too she is a mom as well and doesn’t have anyone to spend it with besides her grown kids who are 25 and 30.View attachment 56651Edit to add dessert, an apple pie.

Oh yes the pie was and still is delicious we still haven’t ate it all. It’s very sweet. I didn’t eat all the steak it wasn’t too bad it was about medium a little done for me though. Corn on the cob was good too .

Just fired up the sugar maple lump, fixing to toss a couple bone-in ribeyes & then grill zucchini/red tater discs/sliced eggplant on there.

Been pre-washing all that down with Nukie Brown.

Gf and I got Mexican last Sunday after mass. Chili con queso with ground beef added, cheese enchiladas, and she got a crispy taco added on the side. Chips and salsa were AWESOME!!

Yes I can eat way more than this LOL. I always have had a large appetite so has my dad.

That looks heavenly!! I really want to try a Waffle House. I've never been to one. I also see lemon water. VERY healthy!!
