A dolma is typically grape, vine, or cabbage leaves stuffed with rice or vegetables. It's like a thumb-sized roulade. You can buy them ready to eat in cans. I have occasionally posted pictures of dolmas in this thread. They are an ancient Greek food that became popular with the Ottomans.
