Thanksgiving leftovers from Daughter are eaten, except for a piece of pie.
Today the Chef's made chicken patty with sauce, mashed potatoes, brussels sprouts, roll and pudding. Better than nothing I suppose.

Where the mayo was made at Kraft, the other side made the fake cheese. Watching the Velveeta mixer get loaded with salt, whey and a little cheese by the ton was a sight to to see.. After the mixer it then went into a looped double lined stainless steel cooker pipe. One time the pump broke down and over cooked it and we had to go force the controls to get it to empty. They just pumped it out on the brick floor and let it cool. It was hard as a rubber tire.C’mon man - worse than fake cheese
