I'm a bacon addict. I really have to put the brakes on when it comes to bacon. I mostly add just a little chopped bacon for flavor to dishes. I'd be tempted to eat one of your bacon-wrapped pork loins like a burrito.

We spent the morning and had lunch at my parent's place. My mom gave me a couple pounds of a specialty meatloaf that's made from super-finely ground beef, pork, bacon, and crushed ice. It has the texture of bologna sausage. It's very good fried, especially with mustard on a freshly baked hard roll. I fried a thick slice and just ate it with mixed vegetables and two fried eggs. That was my early dinner.
