I ate 30 grams (~180 cal). With coffee. Not great, not going to kill me. But **** they do taste good. And didn't want to fast.

BBQ from the local smokehouse with bbq chips. On Big Marty’s buns. Can’t stand a bun with no sesame seeds. Don’t know why for about the last 4-5 years it’s been so hard to find seasame seed buns. These were the only option on the shelf they have always been a favorite of mine. Mom doesn’t care for them so we got her some without so everyone is happy.
