What are you eating right now?

My youngest and I made homemade pizza on the Traeger. Mighty fine it was!!

Some real, homemade collard greens. They have pork meat in them, jalapeños, ham chunks in too. Hands down, smack your mama in mouth deliciousness. No, I won’t give out recipe either
 
Our NY-style pizzas the other day.

One is four-cheese (mozz, provolone, pecorino romano and asiago), and the other Pepp/Sausage. In the last picture, the slice without cheese was for the dog... He always gets his slice, he just can't handle cheese very well so we keep it off for him.

Yeah, I’m still tad overweight and lazy but this week has thrown me all kinds of ways. And it’s not even Friday.

Smoked some St. Louis style ribs today. I was very happy with how they turned out.

In the first picture, just finished applying my rub and getting ready to put on the smoker.

Second picture is just off the smoker with the sauce tacky enough that it will not run off.

Third is shown with a side of mac & cheese.

I would guess that Vegemite is a bit of an acquired taste since it is not a commonly sold product in any of the stores I have shopped at on the US East Coast over the decades.
