I made sea bass and shrimp again but this time with garlic-parm roasted brussel sprouts, roast broccoli, and cheddar bay biscuits.

In about 3 hours this righteous chili will be ready to savor. Some real, hot banana peppers from co worker JEFFS garden, same with his sweet peppers, some lean ground beef, turkey and chicken I cooked in crock pot this morning. Donated platelets this morning and got chili rolling in crock pot on high. Added some fresh chopped onion and garlic, black beans, garbanzo(chick pea or what they called) home canned sauce Jeff and I made last year at his house. Plenty of goodness, read:HEAT and flavor for my liking.

Well was going to eat this but they can’t cook a steak right to save their tail. It was well done I ordered it medium rare. I couldn’t even chew it hardly. So I just sat there and watched everyone else eat. This is why I only go to fast food for breakfast so I don’t have to worry about stuff like this. I brought them home may give them to the dog but I’m for sure not eating it . The potatoes and gravy and biscuits that came on the side was good though.

Not from a box cornbread. Old recipe, I use applesauce and baking powder instead of egg. Lil brushing on insides of pan to prevent sticking

Man I’m jealous but I’ll have to pass on the potatoes as cottage cheese is in my opinion. That steak looks amazing .
