Getting things ready for chili; banana peppers, jalapeños, crushed red pepper flakes and real tomato sauce and garlic, onion and few garden fresh sweet peppers. Luckily I bought lean hamburger from local butcher way cheaper than $11.99/lb

3 same dinners in a row. Baked one of those seasoned packaged garlic and herb pork rolls and served with Mrs. T's Pierogies and Goya plantains from the freezer and warmed in the microwave. Spring mix salad with Campari tomatoes, feta, and Newmans Greek vinaigrette dressing.

A homemade double smashburger with cheese on a buttered and toasted bun (with a schmear of mayo - both top and bottom). Capped off with a side of bread 'n butter pickles that I canned this summer. Bone apple tea! (y)
