Needs smoked pork products but I get it. Harborside told wife protein burrito has tater tots. The look on her face was priceless
Smoked pancetta coming up in a pasta dish later this week. May also do something with pork sausage. Stay tuned ...
Poor folks gotta eat too
Finally cooked my steak and egg last night. It was just cheap rump steak but I really lucked out and got a couple of pieces that had really good marbling across approx 70% of each one.
Neighbor brought over broccoli and cheese soup. Will eat later tonight.
Nice day at 79F and partly sunny, so we went and sat outside for an hour or so and talked.
Should look for a new outdoor chair that sits higher. Hard time getting up from this one.
