I had a great tour at Niagara Falls today! I only had a booking for the 1:00 tour and it was just one family of ten people (from Chicago and California). They were super nice, asking lots of great questions and at the end they gave me a $100 tip!! I feel almost as rich as Jimmy now

I was back at work yesterday but today is the first day I'm feeling back to normal. Not 100% but close enough for now.
I'll cut the grass tomorrow and then on Sunday we'll be back to the business of looking at houses. It was a bit slow and then we had vacation and illness but it looks like more good ones are coming to market now.
My wife and I have also come to an understanding, informally, on a post-nuptial agreement. I'll finish writing up the informal version this weekend and then we'll let our respective lawyers weigh in. It will also be time to update our wills - we had a Notary Public do the last ones but the estates are a lot more complex now so this will cost a bit more

I’m chilling. I wish I could have done more with my vacation but happy I got to do what I could do anyways. I’ll probably spend the last two remaining weekend days relaxing and hopefully things will go smoothly. I think it’s definitely helped me physically and mentally to be off for a week and kind of recover you could say haha.
I feel like even if you do nothing at all, it’s still nice to get time off work.

I’m helping my nephews build a Lego creation lol. They love Legos I got them some at the Lego store in Charlotte. I haven’t played with Legos in a long time but I’ve still got a ton.

I had a great couple of tours in Niagara Falls today, I got a $50 US tip on my last tour 
That will help pay for my fancy dinner tonight for my girlfriend We are going to the Watermark restaurant at the top of the Hilton in Niagara Falls. Then afterwards we’ll be tourists and walk around there after dark and watch the 10:00 fireworks

I’m sitting here getting ready to go in Walmart. Dreaming of a day when I will have a lovely woman by my side to go in with but probably won’t ever happen lol. Maybe I’m just young and not confident lol but it sure seems as if that’s the case.
