Actually, Congress allocated the funds for that specific purpose then didn't care enough to see how it was actually being spent, so it's your representatives that are responsible.

I’m on the way back from Danville Virginia. Boring little town and dead mall lol. I kind of wanted to check out the casino but not with my parents there lol. And yes I bought stuff I wanted and needed too. No cologne though just a new pair of work boots and a pair of baseball design pattern socks from Belk. Yes mom was going off about the socks. I decided that I don’t owe her an explanation for anything I do that involves my money so yeah lol. I personally really like cool stuff like cool shirts or cool sock patterns or whatever.

I got me a nice pair of Caterpillar work boots. They are super nice and like a reddish burgundy color leather. I thought they looked really good. The Carolinas I have are worn out and the souls wore down to nothing so it was time for a new pair they were close to 4 years old. I wanted another pair of Carolina but I got these Caterpillars on sale so I figured I’d try them out. I’ve only had Carolina and Justin boots in the past.

I wish my friends were available 24/7 or that I had a girlfriend so I wouldn’t have to go with my parents lol. I think I’d get extremely sad and depressed if I went alone. We did stop at this nice little antique store off of US58 though and got some cool baseball memorabilia and DVDs and a couple tools as well. Reasonably priced. The owner was a huge baseball fan like me, she was probably 90 years old and said she’s been a lifelong Braves fan. Wasn’t happy to hear that since the Braves beat my team the last few days haha.

Personally I would be focusing on saving as much as possible to move out as soon as possible. Yes it is another expense but it’s absolutely worth it.

You can go alone. Why do you get sad and lonely if you go alone? Happiness isn't outside yourself. Others can make it more interesting or fun. But that should be a nice to have, not a need.

Never really thought of it as that I guess. I think for me it’s seeing all the couples walking around makes me feel sad. Maybe it’s a normal feeling for lonely people like me.

You are definitely not unique. Millions of guys are in your shoes. You just gotta grab the bull by the horns and get those numbers!

I had a friend in college who was nothing special to look at, kinda pudgy, but he was fearless about asking girls for their number. He said he knew most would blow him off, but he dated some very pretty girls and some less pretty ones, too. I lost track of him when switching schools, but I'm sure he did well enough in love and in life.

We got home a little while ago. I remembered that I need a new stick of deodorant for tomorrow since my Old Spice Fresh High Endurance ran out. So I pulled out my handy ChatGPT app which has my deodorant stash inventoried and I asked them what I should use next they picked Dove Men Rustic Sandalwood to celebrate the start of fall soon since it’s more of a fall scent so I’m excited to use that starting tomorrow. The Old Spice began on May 15th and lasted until July 23rd. The white antiperspirant sticks always run out faster for me than the regular ones. Been awhile since we had a deodorant post haha.
