I wouldn’t either (as a Canadian). It looks really interesting driving south but there are so many things that could go wrong. Lots of borders to go through, people to rob me, etc…if I spoke Spanish maybe I’d feel marginally more positive about it.
I’d rather drive up to Alaska.

It isn't safe for Spanish speaking people, nor people native to Mexico and Central America either. Just not a good thing to do these days.
Sad. It seems like it's likely to get worse before it gets better, too.

Guys I disagree with don't go on ignore because we engage in typed conversation. Maybe we don't like the same women or food either, so what? We're discussing it, not forcing it on each other.
