I don't think so--my recollection is that he had some mental struggles and was getting that attended to. He had a few user names I think also. Not throwing rocks, but hoping that he got whatever help he needed.

Just chilling in my warm bed lol. My friend wants me to help him move today but I really don’t feel like it lol. And screw trying to carry a bed and furniture up 3 flights of steps.
Sipping a pourover in my sweats and tennis shoes, thinking of chores I can ignore. F1 at 8 tonight.
Moving day is when you find out who your real friends are.

If he’d of asked me ahead of time I probably would have helped. And I still might help just wish he would have asked me before 2am lol. It just started pouring down rain so I’ll go and make some of the process quicker.

That’s the beauty of being over age 50, when my friends move we are all too old to risk hurting ourselves so we hire actual movers to do it. No sense throwing out your back just for free pizza and beer

Haha. I have never moved honestly so I don’t know what to expect. I just know I’m not getting pizza or beer because my friend spent every last penny he had on the apartment so he has no money now after paying the application fee, security deposit and first months rent. He won’t have any money till next Tuesday. Arby’s isn’t the job I’d want for an expensive apartment lol. Took the quad out for a test burn. Bearings were still good so I did another fluid change. Checked the trails and road allowance. Just as I entered the driveway, I came across this gents, out for a burn.

I just got back from a 40 mile drive in the Corvette. At this time of year we could have snow, followed by tons of road salt being put down, so I take advantage of the chance to drive it on clean roads as often as possible.

Got my friend a housewarming gift for his new apartment. He requested two items that are my specialty bar soap and deodorant because he’s dead broke and doesn’t have any of that. So I got him a couple big packs of soap and several sticks of deodorant as well as laundry soap and a few other small things and threw in a couple DVDS that I had duplicates of because he likes DVD like I do.
