Visiting my friends apartment. Pretty nice but man it’s small and cramped. His bed barely fits in the bedroom I think he needs a smaller bed lol. Theres about 5 inches of clearance between the end of the bed and the wall.

I need money for toilet paper. I never seem to never have enough when you talk about real estate and Marye and on and on for hours on end and telling me I’m jealous of what y’all have while calling me a loser.
I should start flipping on International Paper to pay for it all. While I’m at it I should flip on Under Armor to pay for all my soiled underwear too I get from listening to you

Before I found my current apartment I looked at one place that was only about 400 square feet and my king size bed would not have fit in the bedroom and even my small couch would have been a tight fit in the living room. My current condo is a decent size for a one bedroom unit, it’s about 700 square feet. Plenty of room for me and my stuff and at a price point where I was able to buy it in cash so I don’t have a mortgage.
