I’m eating dinner and getting ready to go to the semi truck place to turn in dad’s brake shoe cores. I turned over 11 hours today so I’m just taking it easy.

How many hours you turn in a week ?

Is flat rate better for you ?

I don’t eat past 4 PM.

I’m not kidding.

With my 16-17 hour fastings there are many days where I don’t eat past 2pm

Wondering how it is that I can explain to someone that they need to 1) document changes in our monthly process (which they perform) and 2) use the new documentation template, and what I get back is documentation of the way the process *used* to be done and on the wrong template.

Firing them will explain it pretty well.

Yesterday I held the door open for a lady in her early 40s. She was most likely high society... her expression would best summarized as gobsmacked.

She paused a few seconds and graciously thanked me and was in utter shock. Seriously so.

I always hold the door open or help folks whenever possible. By the shock I see i assume it's no longer commonplace.
