That paint looks near perfect!! I bet that car was always garaged. Yes definitely get the bird crap off the paint,then get some turtle wax spray wax (the green spray bottle from Walmart) and wax the whole car. Then get some chemical guys leather detailer spray and do all the interior leather,dash,doors,etc.
Go no lighter than 10W30 for the oil (synthetic of course) and change it every 3K via Nissan fsm.
