I’m looking at cars. Wanting to get one soon. I want a Blazer so badly but the safety ratings I never knew were so bad just like the S10 were. I’m honestly anticipating buying a Subaru or Honda or Mitsubishi. I like models from all three and all of them give good warranty support unlike Toyota . Luckily my dealership will finance and they will finance me automatically since I work there cause if I didn’t make the payment they could just take it out of my check. My dealership has a really nice Subaru Crosstrek that’s blue with the premium manual package. Only problem is it’s new like 2023 new and I don’t want nothing new but I would not turn it down if it did have push button start I’d convert it to key start. But a manual transmission beats a CVT any day of the week plus then I would not have to loan it to my mom . I’d really like to have like a 2018 or 19 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport or a Honda Accord of those years. I definitely need at least AWD though because I can’t call work and say I can’t make it cause of snow. Any other car I want is old because manufacturers can’t make good looking or reliable cars anymore.

My mom thinks it’s unfair cause she pays the bill. I’m like I just live here lol. And I’m also researching how to rebuild the transmission of a 1988 Dodge Dakota since my sister and them got a truck for their farm that needs a transmission.

Afterwards we will probably cruise out to the gas station then come back and get ready for bed but knowing me I’ll stay up late watching The Munsters or The Addams Family. I’ve always struggled going to bed before about 2am we are a family of night owls. That’s why I have such a hard time in the morning too one thing I’m tired but also not a morning person I can’t make myself go to sleep at like 12 or whatever.

Drinking some egg nog. I love egg nog just as much as apple cider and lemonade. This is one of the best brands I’ve had. They sure did put it out early this year the apple cider is still on the shelf lol. But I’m ok with it. Me and my dad are the only ones who drink it so more for us lol.

Waiting to clock out from work. What do you do when you need a custom auger for new production equipment and everyone is 6+ weeks out to build it? Buy a standard 10’ by 14” and build it yourself. Cut one flange off the pan, shortened the pan to 37”. Cut the auger screw down to 34” and removed 34” of flighting from the screw drop to double flight the 34” section based on our machine requirements.

I’m just reading a post on another forum about 24 hour stores. It made me think to the past in the good old days lol back when places like Walmart and Kroger and even Advance Auto stayed open all night. So I’m sitting here thinking of the past. Also deciding what I want to eat too because I want Chinese food but parents don’t want it as usual lol.
