Just stop!If only someone could have predicted this…![]()
Sure, but the comment was about finally seeing motor oil go up in price and I guess that was my real point. Motor oil is one of the last places I'm worried about seeing higher oil prices. Even with four vehicles, it's insignificant compared to the way higher oil prices ripple through the economy by increasing the cost of shipping, manufacturing, farming, aviation, construction, and ultimately just about everything we buy. The indirect costs of higher oil prices dwarf what most of us spend on motor oil itself.Well, that's true. Ditto paying more for gas. But the world runs on oil, so those costs flow through to just about everything. Prices go up or margins suffer.
Yep, exactly the same as a Chicagoland Walmart I was at yesterday. (pictures above)My local Walmart. Castrol is still priced very well. Might switch to that in the mean time. I just have GM vehicles (Silverado and Enclave) and a Jeep wrangler. Only my truck gets driven a lot, the other two can probably go to the end of the year.
O.K. But the the toilet paper hype was a total hoax popularized on the TV. It was made up scam. Nobody had run out of toilet paper.Walmart isn't the cure or answer and the toilet paperepidemic a few winters past should be a teaching tool.
they can keep that
You bums the Castrol EP gold jug is usually over $60 here. It's a good oil buddy run it with complete confidenceMy local Walmart. Castrol is still priced very well. my guess is rhat it would do just as good as m10w40, but that just a guess.Honestly curious how the OE will do in a 6.2 hemi. May do a few uoa if anyone is interested.
I have a membership and have run a variety of their fluids with absolutely no gripe. Id say normally the srt 6.2 gets the SS and right now mine has M1 0w40 but anything after that is fair game.my guess is rhat it would do just as good as m10w40, but that just a guess.
call em and ask.
i have used the 5w30 in the past. The price on my screenshot was all the member price...keep that in mind.
they also had a semi syn in but i think they might have got rid of it.
Wow. Back when it was $26.50 + rebate, it was a good deal. $40 is pretty steep. Even now.was dropping off used oil at wally world so looked at the current prices of PUP.....I have a good stock so I passed.

Just checked my Walmart and ultra platinum jumped to 39.97 from 29.97. Esp jumped from 27.97 to 31.97. If that price holds I’ll just stick to esp over the ultra platinum after I deplete some of my current stock. Restore and protect jumbled to 35.97Wow.
