Valvoline back on rollback at Walmart

It always goes up in the fall when oil change seasons is over and the weak and uninspired stop doing oil changes

I don't really understand the whole 10 pound rump roast analogy but okay

A rump roast is an unnecessary item that serves no utilitarian purpose beyond keeping you from starving, which can equally and even better so be accomplished with much cheaper food. The oil has a (supposed) benefit, even over lesser priced oils.

Now don't go whining at me, I'm just trying to explain the other guy's comment.

That's like taxes around here they want to to lower our income tax but then our property taxes go up. It's kind of like trying to cover a 6-ft man with a 4-ft blanket at night when he goes to sleep

From 1971 to 1977 i worked for Safeway stores. They would raise the prices for a while then lower them [ advertise a new low price of a sale] but the new lower price would be higher than the original price.

I paid $30 for Valvoline 5QT in red container 5W-20 viscosity, full synthetic, high mileage this past weekend in WM here in Atlanta vicinity

surely it felt like a theft!
