VAFI, Premium Guard, Carquest Premium, Microgard Select, Specs

I think this is the China factory below. . You can see the building there with the same logo except for the C or G in front of the AFI

AFI stands for "Advanced Filtration Inc". Looks like a "C" to me, so the factory in Vietnam has VAFI (for Vietnam) and the China factory has CVFI (C for China).

It took me a long time to find this detailed efficiency graph. It’s been posted in a few threads now. Technically all the different efficiencies are correct. These filters are 99.8%@25 and 99.5%@20. How each company decides which to publish is beyond me.

I keep coming back to this post. Makes sense to me.

I wonder if tariffs will make Premium Guard and related filters from Vietnam unavailable or unaffordable?
Last I heard the Vietnamese gov and Trump made nice. The Chinese were/are quite upset about it because they don't like Vietnam getting along with USA.

So probably Premium Guard (and other filters made by Premium Guard) won't be tariffed much, if at all.
