We also provide a bottle of anti-slime tablets for each HVAC. The HVAC guys toss in a few at approximate places to stop slime from condensate. I added some myself the first time and the HVAC guy said I lined them up like an Army approaching (overkill).

Nice! I’d likely do the same thing!

When I opened my air handler up for this whole thing I saw a couple of those tabs. I took them out and swapped them for the plastic and felt type things that are activated once water touches them.
