Naturally one of my favorite things - pizza is one of the worse for you. I read the big problem is the crusts. Knowing this I will only let myself order take out pizza about twice a year. I been wanting to try this thing they started a while back , pizza made with a crust of mostly cauliflower. Strange I know. Wife (ex nutritianist/hospital dietician turned school teach long ago) tells me they even have a cauliflower product made to use in place of plain rice. Poor thing, she has so much trouble trying to keep me from the dreaded Cajun/Italian suicide with the fork and spoon! Especially once I retired.I don't really see the issue - mainly how MUCH or HOW BIG potato?
Also can be the way a person uses / preps potatoes. I do avoid french fries. Why? What's the problem with potatoes?
Potatoes are an excellent food.
It's likely not potatoes that are the problem for you, it's the other foods in your diet like ice cream, candy, cakes, donuts, pies, processed foods, breads, etc.
Me too , well almost. So easy to prepare and quick are good reasons also.I don't think the doctors would have a fit. It's all whole foods which IMHO is good.
Keep it up and when you reach age 90, ask the doctors if your food causes them to have a fit.
Personally I'd skip the bacon bits but everything else I'd eat, and I eat these foods every day.
