Turn or Replace Rotors

I usually always replace rotors because the few times ive turned peoples rotors the cars come back with pulsating issues or weak pedals....for the price you may as well replace them and scrap the old ones if someone is good at turning them they can turn out good but if you get someone not as good you will regret it...I would just buy new ones personally
