The new Tundras. The engine issues have been all over the news.
I haven’t seen any on the side of the road.
All vehicles explode. Water is also surprisingly wet.
GM 6.2l and Ford 3.5l are also failing at a higher rate. Toyota acknowledged the issue and is fixing it.

The fix is turn down the boost, 40 weight oil and devine intervention.
Or replace the engine with a redesigned one.

Nothing a thicker oil won't fix! 
I'll be on the lookout for one. So far I haven't seen any dead on the road, or the side of the road for that matter.
