Off of a 2022 Toyota Camry of friends. 9,400 miles on filter and factory oil.

M1 0w16 back in and another Toyota filter on. 19,989 on odometer.

Each pleat end is glued shut. Typical Denso design.

Regarding the holes - the one on the left is what was spec'd for my 2019 Rav4 4 cylinder about 2 years ago. On my most recent purchase they revised and said the one on the right is an approved replacement and the other not available. BAM wholesale parts for both, and both are made in Thailand. The new one is just under 1/4 inch shorter also.

I only run 5 to 6K OCI so not overly concerned.

Because BITOG has the notion that if that filter isn't synthetic media, then it's no good for 10k service life.
