I'd go with a high quality synthetic, friction modifiers and all since you don't have a wet clutch to worry about. This way it'll last a good long time. Though with a roketa the engine may outlast every other part. Chinese scooters, though they copied the venerable GY6 design which makes for a durable low maintenance, everything else is [censored] in general. Take the plastic off the scooter and inspect the welds the electrical connections and other stuff, substandard in my opinions. Seen my fair share broken welds, suspension bolts and brake discs shattering.
