Maxima Pro Plus or Blud Lubricants for modern 4 stroke dirt bike.

I know routine oil and filter changes are key.

I know Rotella T4 is always an option but looking for something a lil better if that is possible.

Does anyone have an opinion or experience with either?

Appreciate the input.

Dirt Bikes are now 4 Stroke, oh No!
Maxima has always made high quality products, never heard of Blud!

Are you still running the pro plus?

The maxima Pro plus is a real ester based oil, it doesnt have all the excessive additives some cheaper oils do.

Ive always watched the flash points, it tends to tell you the quality of the Base oil. Like mobil 1 mxt4 mc oil used to be 487 flash, nowadays its around 440 degree, about like their group 3 car oils.

Have they been saving money , I think so

But you know your real syns are going to be $15 to $30 per quart, and be an ester or pao base.

I was in walmart the other day, everything has the word synthetic on it, the U.S,oil companies are making out big with this word. I had trouble finding regular oil.

The pro plus 10w50 they put the most emphasis on, by the look. Ester base oils can have a shrinking effect on seals/gaskets, anything marginal seal/gasket wise, that oil will find it.

The head engineer at maxima spoke of too much ester, can create issue.
