Tire got screwed

Literally! I noticed a slow leak in one of my new-ish General RT43's. Took a gander and saw the following. Luckily the tire shop offers free patching so I'm swinging by there tomorrow morning.

Yeah, that'll happen.

I found half a screwdriver in mine earlier this month. I thought it was an hex wrench at first, but the more I pulled, the more of a screwdriver it turned out to be.

Yep in the repairable area for an RMA repair procedure, so not all bad.

The worst one for me was one time I heard some noise - pulled over, I picked up a 1/4 lag bolt

It happens especially when in an area or neighborhood such as ours that has a lot of new housing construction.

I had a tire go low the other day and when they pulled the cuplrit out it looked like a lag bolt with a flat heat or washer.

Never saw a bolt like that before.

Really?! A kind of bolt you never saw the likes of before? Did it have a square head?
