I’m down in California at my parents house because my 81 year old Dad fell out of bed and broke 6 ribs. He was telling me pump up the front two tires because they have a slow leak. They were both down to 7 psi. I pumped up both to 26 psi and checked two days later and they were down to 7 psi again. I asked him how old the tires were and he tells me 20 years. 
The rears were replaced within the last 10 years so I just had the fronts replaced. $184 for the new tires mounted at the local golf cart shop. America’s Tire had the tires for $86 each + $44 mounted. These little suckers are expensive just like every other tire these days.
The guy at the shop says he knew they were really old because they were made in the USA. He says the golf cart tires all come from Thailand or Taiwan these days.
