Texaco Synthetic Fuel System Cleaner ???

I was in Big Lots today and they are selling Texaco (Havoline) Synthetic Fuel System Cleaner at $1.99 for 19 ozs. It is not on the Havoline.com web site, anyone know if it is comparable to Techron or a waste of $2?
