The “Out of Spec” Cybertruck has had all three electric drive units fail/replaced in the first year.
Plus, both pyrotechnic fuses blew due to massive electrical faults. Largely due to inverters failing and shorting.
That's the correct pronounciation, sort of. The "s" is more on the 2nd syllable. It's not "tes-sla".I hear owners say Tezla daily....
I just watched Elon say Tezla too![]()

According to Elon ?That's the correct pronounciation.
There might have been some prior decisions made that if they hadn't been made that would have probably not dropped sales. Just a thought if his main goal was selling cars.Elon doesn't care how you pronounce it...........just buy it.

I find it annoying, but if he says it that way, it must be the right way even if I don't want to say it. People were driven nuts when I had my Jag and always pronounced it Jag-u-are. It's the correct way, dang it!I hear owners say Tezla daily....

Thedrive or the autopian had an article about them not too long ago. Elios website was down at the end of 2023 then back up in early 2024. It's been down for six months I think. Unfortunately when I heard Paul Elio talk early on that the company was going to design and certify a brand new three-cylinder engine I knew they were done for. Subaru designed a limited edition of 500 STI units for the USA market a few years ago. They said the engineering and certification for the epa and CARB cost 2 million dollars. A couple of years ago Elio had about 200k in the bank total. Elio could have used Ford (early on) GM or BMW/Mini engines for their vehicles and they were already epa compliant.I'm still waiting for Elio to build a $7000 three wheeler that gets 84mpg.
I represent that comment! Some of us Tesla owners use the sleaze title with pride. Just sayin'...
As of last week Tesla has sold 46,000 Cybertrucks. The remaining 2024 models (about 9100 sitting on lots) have caused Tesla to throw 6,000 off the sticker price and that's still not helping much.Someone is still buying them. These were going east on I-40 near Little Rock and we saw a couple on the road.
