I've heard of stories where people would swap Bosch D+ filters into a Puro Classic box. I just don't see how people get away with that. Doesn't anyone ever watch the security camera monitors?

There is a bazillion cameras in a Wal-Mart with maybe one guy at most monitoring them. Unless an associate or theft loss prevention person tells the guy in the control room to monitor a particular area or person, it can be overlooked rather easily.
Also does not help that quite a few people remove and inspect filters from the box to begin with, so any nefarious activity can be missed when switching filters around.
