The ROUTE 68 Feed Mill has best steak and eggs I’ve had period. Sick of chicken fried steak and watery eggs at restaurants. Is it that cost prohibitive to make steak and eggs.?

I didn’t end up having steak and egg like I said I would as I forgot to dry brine the steak. Had quiche and salad instead. The steak and egg should be tomorrow night.

Haven't had good steak and eggs anywhere in probably the last twenty five years. Come to think of it, most (if not all) of the good breakfast places I had gone to have disappeared during this time.

Stude, thats a great looking breakfast, dang I'm hungry now.

Cost prohibitive?

You spent $17 on $1 in eggs, $1 in potatoes. and $4 in beef.

They made their money, you got a good breakfast.

Looks decent. But the meat could be ribeye, or could be rump. The real question is how was the steak????

And you’d have to want that. Local smoke house does a $10 breakfast - 4 strips of their thick bacon - 2 eggs - hash browns - 2 toasts - I’d rather do that and have a steak once in a while for dinner

It was delicious and a 12oz filet. Didn’t need A1 as was perfect

Harsh. The potatoes are browned. The eggs look perfect. The toast is thick cut. I would have guessed sirloin?

I would be a buyer at $17.
