I knew it was an April fools prank, pretty creative thinking though..........
It's only fair to pull an April Fools' Day prank on the PU crowd, given how much their threads annoy other BITOG members.

This would have been funnier if you had made up a fake press release in the Onion style.
A recall would have been more in the April Fools spirit. However, bitogers take their oil seriously, and if one did an oil change to get the "bad" oil out before you let them in on the joke, oh boy!!!
My mom used to get me almost every year (may she rest in peace, at least I can now on April 1st). Even when she was in her eighties she was sharp as a tack and get me ocasionally. One year she called me up to say she getting married but my sisters were calling her a tramp for re-marrying less than ten years after my dad died. I called one up and yelled at her until I realized she was laughing hysterically. My mom had tried it on her first. Then they decided to call me and add the twist of with my sisters.
I still hear that one recounted at family gatherings. Heck at MY funeral somebody will get up and tell that story.

Called Pennzoil and they just brushed it off as someone playing an april fools joke on me. I still think there is a conspiracy theory here and I am not getting the whole story. What kind of a customer support center tells their customers that its an April fools joke??? Sheesh....I am done using Shell products from now on....
