Soliciting thoughts- 2019 DRW F350 stolen (salvage but clear title)

Was unable to sleep in the truck as the cab was full of stuff like a fifth wheel, etc.

I don't even lock the trailer and keep the load in the bed unsecured. I use the basis that there is so much, most thieves would be overwhelmed and to lazy to figure out what to take.

Here is a pic of the bed of my 2002 f350 from the same trip last week, where the bed was filled with thousands of pounds of tools. But so many, where would a their start?

Yea- but it only takes one thief who will to ruin your day. That's a very foolish thought process- there is so much to steal- they won't bother. Sure- I have swamp land in Las Vegas to sell you....

A nothing burger update.

I have not been able to locate in my area a reasonably priced king ranch rear seat. I have a black lariat seat installed so no urgency or issue. The truck is currently in storage.

I often wondered if the updated 2025 king ranch seats would be nice to have but never saw any for sale. I corresponded with a seat reseller two years ago who stated 2020+ super duty seats wouldn't work in a 2017-2019 Super Duty.

Nonetheless, on Ebay today I saw LKQ online has a 2025 King Kinch interior for $3999. Today on Ebay, LQK has a 14 percent off sale on this king ranch interior. Shipping was a flat rate of $475. So, with the discount, and adding tax and shipping, $4250 USD. The screenshot below shows this interior in three carts. Normally I don't care, but not sure if/when I may come across a less than one year old King Ranch interior- so I bit the bullet.

Decided to buy the interior. I may not install the interior for years. What I like most was the (1) the interior is less than one years old, (2) the interior was from a F250 instead of a F350. Why is the F250 less risk, F250 may have been for personal use truck, F350 may have been more likely used for work (wild guess but I will take the math).

I will return home from OCONUS for vacation next month. I just hope I get home before the seats arrive by truck. My biggest worry is poor packaging/ protecting of the seats for shipping. Shipping is a long distance, from Pennsylvania to New Mexico, but it is what it is.

Without a doubt I will have wiring harness conversions, and likely Forscan work to do in making this work.

(y)Thanks. Very nice of you to offer. (y) Reminds me of a George Strait song.

"Ocean Front Property"

[Chorus:]
I got some ocean front property in Arizona.
From my front porch you can see the sea.
I got some ocean front property in Arizona.
If you'll buy that, I'll throw the golden gate in free.
