Well, it's official: she's gone to her new home. I connected with the buyer through one of the Reatta Facebook groups I'm a part of, really nice younger guy. He, his wife, and their baby drove up from Des Moines using the opportunity to stop at the Mall of America before making the drive out to me.
I heard from him a little after 10pm (they left my house 4:30ish) letting me know that the car drove flawlessly the entire time and that he absolutely loved it already. I was happy to see the car go to someone else who would appreciate it the way I did.
All in all, I doubled my money on the deal. Including the purchase price, I was in it for a little less than $2k and the buyer paid $3,900.
Next weekend we're headed back home for Easter, and I'll be bringing our new trailer with so I can get my CB home and cleaned up in preparation for sale. I think that one is going on BaT for an auction, but we'll see. It feels great getting rid of all this excess stuff.
