Smoothie

Chocolate peanut banana smoothie:

1 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 frozen banana that’s been peeled, sliced and frozen for at least 2 hrs.
1 tablespoon peanut powder
1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
half teaspoon liquid stevia

Put it all in the blender and enjoy!

Yuk. No disrespect but I think that would cause me to make my own smoothie.
If you've never tried it, you have no idea how good it may be.
Avocado is great in salads, smoothies, and with many other whole foods (unless you're a hopeless junk food junkie).
And don't even get me started on guacamole.
If you're used to fast foods, you may have a hard time appreciating real foods because your taste buds will be spoiled.
I make all kinds of things with avocado.

Here's my smoothie on steroids.
1/2 cup each Milk and Kefir
1Tbs each ground Flax Seeds and Whole Hemp Seeds
One Egg
1Tbs Plain Yogurt
1Tbs Mixed Nut Butter
1/2 Banana
3/4 cup Frozen Mix Berries (Blueberry, Raspberry, Strawberry and Blackberry)
1Tbs Nutritional Yeast Flakes
1Tbs Protein Powder
1Tsp Creatine Powder
1/3Tsp Spirulina and Organic Turmeric Powder.
Blended in Vitamix
Or, just drink a glass of Florida Orange Juice...:ROFLMAO:

I do like fresh avocado and cooked eggs, it’s the raw egg that turns my guts inside out.
