Silver-Infused Mattress Cover?

I was at their site looking at mattress covers when I ran across this mattress cover with silver-infused anti-microbial fibers. Do I need silver-infused anti-microbial fibers in my mattress pad?

Silver actually has a long history in water purification, and currently is one of the leading products in treating burns and preventing infections.

Mattresses being (hopefully) should benefit far less. But they get mouldy, so I doubt that they are dry.
