Shrader valve thread pitch

I have been walking up and down the block filling tires with my new Milwaukee inflator... Kidding!
I was filling my friends 2015 Altima (ex Hertz). The Milwaukee is not a clamp on; it threads on. The Altima TPMS stem threads are a little worn.

Does anyone know the thread pitch to clean them up? Thanks!
