Very Disappointed with my Pep Boys Visit

Sears is prabably the best of the worst...A few years back a few people I know went to Sears with front end problems and oil changes and they had less issues there then any other place..These were all older cars at least 10 years old...Of coarse it all depends who is working on your car that day...If you find someone you like you can request him the next time you go there.

I would agree that Sears is the most reliable of the chain stores.

Probably the most important part is that if there is a problem and you are not completely satisfied Sears will do whatever it takes to remedy the situation. While the shops may not be the best the company itself will back up the work and always resolve any issues to your satisfaction. The same definitely can't be said for most of the others I know of.

Wow. This thread could be about the service dept at pretty much any Canadian Tire store. The incompetence of many auto repair chains crosses borders.
