+1 for looking at municipal trucks. Gov Deals or Municibids, should be able to find some forest service trucks that meet your needs.

Around here government trucks are rusted to death. They're not really worth anything. Maybe bring the car trailer out of state with the Grand Marquis and then have it ride back on the trailer behind a newer 2wd southern truck in a few years?
