Should i be worried about the supertech oil filter on my car?

Dude. What exactly are you worried about? If you don’t have a specific and concrete worry here then you’re just fishing and trolling.
Mainly worried about the filter being low quality and tearing/breaking under high rpms.

Thanks guys you guys are funny lol. Just a side note, I'm a huge fan of the 90915yzzd3/ toyota lexus oem filters because of how the rubber gasket is recessed, pre lubed, and the filter is sealed in plastic. Before I knew anything about oil filters I used to stick my finger down the middle of the filter just for curiosity on how it felt in there ( get ur mind out of the gutter) without realizing whatever debris or dust was on my hands was going to be pumped straight to my bearings.... I like the idea of the sealed oil filter. Plus i have some weird thing in my head about filters for specific vehicles being made for a specific psi and blow by psi rating that the manufacturer approved. It doesn't make sense to me how universal filters generally are when each engines oiling system is different

Champion labs makes this Supertech filter. There part of first brands now but they have long been regarded as one of the most reputable filter manufacturers out there. This would be the least of my concerns. The Champ XL (one step up from this one) is a fan favorite around here for many.

Does the Supertech filter have fiber end caps?
It does. Courtesy of Whip City.

I would not worry about more recent ST oil filters. However, I still don't use ST filters after this happened ~10 years ago. This is an ST3614 that was on my '98 LS400 for ~5k miles. I've been installing either Denso or OEM Toyota oil filters since.

Champion changed the design, so I have read elsewhere. I think the cage windows are a little smaller.

I also had an ST3980 that where the cage had a short-shot molding defect. It didn't effect the function of the filter. This was on the Lumina many moons ago.

Have used many of ST white can oil filters over the years with my Acura & Subaru in signature running 5K OCIs. No worries especially since your only running a short OCI to start with.
In both of my older vehicles that my sons drive - as you say, what's the concern doing 5K changes here?
