Shop drained oil with truck lifted in front?

Yes this is correct. However if the words "Thats just" were used it would have been a complete sentence and completely understood by everyone.
 
Should have added, I just changed the oil in my wifes KIA Rio this morning and the drain plug was at the rear, yes I used ramps, and raised the complete front.

Quite an accomplishment for a 68 year old fat man.

Yeah, and Subies usually don't need to be lifted to change their oil, so drain plug location is not an issue.
