Can't even say whether or not the Shell stuff is Group IV or III (or III+), but Spectro Plat 4 Ultra is a PAO/Ester blend, as is Amsoil's MCF and MCV.
According to the Shell technical help line technicians here in OZ, the Advance Ultra 4 is largely a group IV PAO.
